Skai was the celebrant for our wedding at Frida’s Field and she is honestly everything you could ask for and more. She was warm and welcoming right from the start, and she made a point to really get to know us. This made our ceremony feel so intimate and personal. On the day, Skai was amazing at directing our guests and involving them in the ceremony, plus she was a calming presence for us at the end of the aisle. Dear Skai
Thank you for being the celebrant at Olly and Bri’s wedding. Even though the road to their wedding had a few speed humps with the covid postponements, the floods and poor weather leading into the third attempt, the actual day of the wedding was perfect in every way. Your role as their celebrant was part of that as well. Skai, you made the whole wedding group, family, friends but particularly the bride and groom feel very relaxed. Your friendly approach and presentation set the scene for our special afternoon and evening.
It was obvious that through your previous sessions with Olly and Bri you had learned of their special love for one another and how they are loved by so many. As the groom’s mum, while doing my reading I felt totally relaxed and not rushed in any way. Thank you for this. Countless aspects of the wedding will stay in my mind and our hearts as treasured memories. One of these is seeing the sheer joy in Olly’s face as he walks with his beautiful wife, Bri down the pathway surrounded by his family and friends.
I have attached a few photos of the stunning setting at Earth House. As you can see the rain was threatening in the distance but held off for your beautiful service. Whatever you did……Thank you !!

Choosing Skai as our celebrant was an easy decision, she was warm and friendly from our first conversation and felt more like a trusted friend or family member than someone we were hiring. Skai took the time to get to know our family and regularly checked in on us, she made time for us whenever we needed it and was a huge support when we had to replan our wedding venue at the last minute.
Skai also took our conversations and emails and weaved our thoughts and feelings into the most beautiful and perfectly written wedding ceremony. She captured exactly how we felt and on our wedding day she delivered it in such a way that we felt everyone was able to get a sense for just what our wedding day meant for us. I’m so sorry we haven’t replied before now. We have just been go go go for the past few days. We’re finally home and settled back down.
I really cannot explain how perfect everything was! Everyone was blown away by how beautiful it was! Even though it was hot! Haha, the breeze made it perfect temp.
Carmen was absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for more from any of the staff.
I have to email the florist though so hopefully I have her email somewhere because the flowers were just sensational!
And Skai really made the whole ceremony just wonderful!

I still laugh about Yannick rolling off those vows without your Kindle and me panicking thinking I was meant to learn them too!!
We recently eloped to Byron Bay and Skai was our celebrant. It was a second marriage for both of us, and we had our first trip away together in Byron and loved the idea of having a mini break and getting married on the beautiful beach there.
As a destination wedding, we didn’t get to meet Skai before our wedding day, but that made no difference. We spoke on the phone well prior and I was immediately comfortable with Skai - she is such a warm person who clearly loves her job. She made the process easy by guiding us through what the ceremony would be like and giving us options for our vows or that we could even surprise each other with our vows.
Skai ensured that we attended to all of the legal requirements, and confirmed receipt of each of our documents, which were all submitted well before the deadlines.
Our ceremony reflected our new little blended family, and included both our girls and vows in both English and French. She did the most beautiful job of comforting our little girls during the ceremony and then finished off the ceremony by saying some French words too!
The role of a celebrant is probably a tricky one - they are the creator of making the ceremony meaningful to the couple but almost from the sidelines. Skai has perfected this balance, along with exuding her lovely warmth and humour.
We would highly recommend Skai as a celebrant to any couple.
Again thank you so much for everything. We loved every part of our day and we are so pleased we found the wonderful Emily at ELOPE so we could have you as our celebrant.

Where do we begin. No words can describe how happy and enchanted with Skai we were.
Finding a celebrant to suit you and to execute a Wedding Ceremony that encompasses you as a couple can be an extremely daunting process.
Enter Skai. My husband and I had an instant connection with Skai, she has such a calming and warm vibe.
We first spoke to Skai over the phone and immediately felt her familiar, lovely nature. After a vibrant and fun first chat we looked at each other and knew that we wanted Skai to marry us.
Finally meeting Skai in person only served to cement the decision we made. She instantly put us at ease and continuously reassured us before the big day. We also met Skai’s 2 little girls, who had the same beautiful nature as their mother!
Skai created such a glowing, loving ceremony that we, along with our guests will hold close in our hearts forever.
Skai spoke with elegance and grace and we can’t thank her enough.
In helping create the perfect ceremony for us, Skai made an intimidating process so easy and enjoyable.
Skai made our day perfect. Everything she recommended was phenomenal. The acknowledgement to our parents was so heart-warming and memorable. She helped us every step of the way.
All our guests said what a wonderful celebrant Skai was, she presented beautifully and gave off such friendly and loving vibes.
Everything ran so smoothly because of Skai. We look back on our Wedding ceremony as such an incredible experience, and as reminded by Skai in the moment, we took it all in. Skai, you are such a beautiful person and that really shines through in the work that you do.

Getting married is an exciting and sometimes stressful time. For us, cancelling a bigger wedding and choosing to elope was a big decision which provided us with a lot of relief, however not having the chance to meet with Skai prior to the wedding was something we were cautious of but from the moment we spoke with her on the phone she eased that concern and navigated us through our ceremony and writing our own vows with ease and encouragement.
When our wedding finally arrived Skai was everything we could’ve hoped for - a calm voice navigating us through the formality but allowed moments for us throughout to truly savour the memory and our commitment to each other. Skai was open to our requests throughout the entire process which also made it easy.
I couldn’t recommend Skai enough, she was absolutely wonderful and will always be a treasured part of our most memorable day.

From the moment we met on skype, we both knew that Skai ‘got us’ and was going to create for us the off-beat, warm and fun ceremony we were after. We chatted for ages in that first conversation – it was like being re-connected with an old friend. Skai had so many great ideas, she put us in touch with a local didgeridoo player to bring in the Aboriginal heritage we have in our family, and made countless wonderful suggestions to include the special people in our life. Hi Skai, Andrew and I wanted to thank you so much for everything you have done for us. We absolutely loved the ceremony you conducted for us on Friday. You made us both feel so relaxed. We couldn’t have imagined a better person to marry us. You are such a beautiful and caring person and we felt that. You always made me feel calm which in the commotion of planning and getting ready for a wedding is so refreshing.
I must let you know that all of our guests were singing your praises too. We will definitely be recommending you to our friends. You are fantastic. We know how busy life is with children but you always had time to answer my questions and you also really took the time to get to know us. The ceremony you presented was beautiful . It was romantic yet light which suited us perfectly. Skai, I found you amongst a handful of celebrants in the area and watched a short video you had on your website about yourself, I loved your passion for your family and the lifestyle you all lived.
I knew you were the one to marry us straight away as I share similar values. I talked to you on the phone your voice was calm and welcoming, it was like I was chatting to an old friend. I was so excited for you to be apart of our special day.
You were heart felt and considerate to the finer details when preparing our ceremony, you made us both feel ready for an extremely nervous part of our wedding and gave us all the direction we needed in a practice run. After I walked down the aisle with tears running down my face, you handed me a tissue and reassured me that I still had all my make up in tack. During the ceremony it felt like it was only myself, Matt and you, which was really special.

We were SO thrilled to have chosen you to perform our ceremony - you were such a source of grounding, calm, wisdom, friendship and support to us throughout the process and we feel like we absolutely could not have done it without you!
Thank you for everything you did and the wonderful energy you brought to the ceremony - for taking such good care of us and being so gentle and intuitive about the things that were rattling us.
Thank you for making our wedding as special as it was and for giving us free rein to include such ‘extended’ vows, for the hugs and support and for seeing us - it’s an incredible job you have, and can’t be easy - and you do it so brilliantly. We feel so fortunate to have met you and to have had you at the helm of the beginning of our life together!

Skai by the end of the weekend, it felt like we had known you for ages and that is due to your kind and compassionate nature and obvious passion for getting to know your couples prior to the wedding day.
You made both of us feel at ease just in case there were a few nerves and put together a personal ceremony that reflected the two of us to a tee.
Not only Sam and I thought you were the best celebrant we could have chosen but we also had many of our guests come up to us afterwards and say how wonderful you were. They were all touched by your beautiful words and many people thought you had known us for a long time as you really did capture the two of us so well.
Thank you again for being a part of our perfect wedding day. Sam and I had our fairytale wedding and part of that was due to you.
Sam and I will definitely cherish the moments we were married forever. We have spent the last week and half reliving our day and just can't believe how perfect it came together. We really couldn't have asked for better help from everyone.
